Description: Come and make your new year lucky bag charm with ggümm studio! In this workshop, you will be guided on how to make a fuzzy friend made out of a single wire. This craft was popularized in South Korea, and we’re so excited to bring this workshop to UBC Botanical Garden's Lunar New Year Market. You can choose between making a bear, bunny, cat, or dog.
Please note that the workshop includes all the materials to build the buddy, a keyring, hairpin and necklace. Other clothing and accessories are purchased separately at the ggümm studio booth, but at 10% off for workshop attendees!
Age limit: Participants must be 5+ years old. Children under 12 must be accompanied by one parent or guardian, only one ticket required.
Date and Time: January 25th & 26th, 2025. 10am, 11am, 12pm, and 1pm

Cost: $15 (plus tax and applicable fees)
Cancellation Policies: UBC Botanical Garden's Lunar New Year Market is a not-for-profit event. We do not have the capacity to change tickets for a different day or refund tickets. If the market is cancelled due to circumstances beyond our control, ticket holders will receive a gift card for the value of their tickets that can be redeemed for UBC Botanical Garden and Nitobe Memorial Garden admission and in The Shop in the Garden
