Summer Hours (May 18 - Sept 7):

Monday-Sunday: 10:00am – 4:30pm

Thursdays (Extended Hours): 10:00am - 8:00pm

Closing early at 4:30 PM on Thursday, July 23rd, 2026.

Fall Hours (Sept 8 – Oct 31):

Tuesday-Sunday: 10:00am - 4:30pm

Greenheart TreeWalk Hours:

Tuesday-Sunday : 10:00 am - 4:30 pm

Thursdays (Extended Hours): 10:00am - 8:00pm

GreenHeart TreeWalk is open Tuesday to Sunday and on statutory holiday Mondays.

Present your ticket and membership/UBC/UNA card (as relevant) on arrival either digitally (encouraged for sustainability) or printed on paper.
All children under 13 must be accompanied by a guardian over 18.
TreeWalk entry: Please arrive at admissions by 3:30pm (7:00pm on Thursdays) – missed entry times will not be permitted access.
