Welcome to UBC Botanical Garden! Purchase your ticket here for Adult, Senior, Youth, Child, Family, UBC Alumni and non-UBC Student admissions. **Please note to refrain from arriving at the Garden in groups of 10+ people without a pre-organized tour.**

SPECIAL OFFERS
UBC Alumni Discount: UBC Alumni with “Acard” receive a 50% off discount on yearly garden membership. Note: this offer is valid only on “Garden Membership.” If you choose “Garden Membership with Greenheart TreeWalk access” the 50% off discount is only applied to the cost of the base “Garden Membership”. To redeem this special offer you will need to bring your UBC Acard on your first garden visit. A Garden membership will arrive in the mail for future visits. Click on "Admission & Membership" at the top of the page to learn more about the benefits of membership.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION You will need to present your ticket and membership/UBC card (as relevant) on arrival. Tickets may be presented digitally on a mobile device or printed on paper. For sustainability reasons, we encourage digital tickets. Unfortunately, if you do not hold an entry ticket, you will not be able to enter the Garden. If you would like to change or cancel your ticket please email us at garden.admissions@ubc.ca or call 604 822-3928 (Botanical Garden). Someone will contact you within the business hours of 10 am - 2 pm. Please note that all refunds will be processed via giftcard, which you can use to book tickets to either Garden or at the Shop in the Garden. Members and UBC Cardholders are required to show their membership or valid UBC card on entry. Friends of the Garden (FOG) volunteers are required to wear their nametag. If you are sick or are experiencing symptoms related to COVID-19, please do not visit the Garden. Please contact us at garden.admissions@ubc.ca. You can check your symptoms on the BC Covid-19 Self-Check website. All children under 13 must be accompanied by a guardian over 18 years of age. A service fee will be added to each ticket. This fee allows us to offer ticketing from an online platform to ensure that we can manage capacity and provide our visitors with the safest, touch-free experience.
